Hey, I’m Em!

I know you’re not here to hustle harder.

You’re here to build a business that fits your life, neurodivergent brain and all.

Around here, we sip coffee, talk systems, and build something sustainable.

Good to know

Right now, I'm probably drinking coffee or a matcha, and removing a cat from my keyboard for the twelfth time today.

What I do

I help neurodivergent entrepreneurs build businesses that actually work with their brains.

Systems audits that cut through the fog When you know something's broken but can't quite name it, I help you see what's actually going on—and what to do about it.

Done-with-you implementation Ready to rebuild? We'll design sustainable systems together, side by side, so you're not stuck playing detective with your own business.

Accountability that doesn't feel like babysitting Sometimes you just need someone to hold the thread while you do the work. I'll keep you moving without the shame spiral.

Community that gets it The Hearth is where neurodivergent business owners gather for support, strategy, and the gentle reminders we all need sometimes.

On Who I Am & What I Believe

I'm a white, cis, middle-class, college-educated U.S. citizen who presents in ways the world reads as conventionally feminine and able-bodied. These identities afford me immense privilege and shape what I can't fully understand about navigating systems designed to exclude people who don't share them.

I'm also AuDHD, parenting two neurodivergent kids, and I built this business because I got tired of watching people like us break ourselves trying to fit into systems that were never meant for our brains.

Here's what I believe: Hustle culture is a tool of white supremacy capitalism and ableism. The idea that your productivity determines your worth is propaganda. Rest isn't something you earn—it's a fundamental human right. And conventional business advice that tells you to "just push through" or "build better habits" is asking neurodivergent people to mask ourselves into burnout.

My work exists to build something different: systems that work with how your brain actually functions, business models that prioritize your health and humanity, and a rejection of the lie that there's only one "right" way to run a business.

I also believe: Land Back. Free Palestine. Free Congo. Free Sudan. Abolish ICE. 2SLGBTQIA+ rights are human rights. Disability justice is for all of us. No one is free until we all are free.

On accessibility: All of my programs, community spaces, and content are designed with accessibility in mind. My website and branding are colorblindness-friendly and screen-reader compatible. I offer payment plans and scholarships for all services. My community encourages but doesn't require real-time participation. And I'm always working to expand accessibility. It's ongoing work, not a checkbox.

What I'm actively improving: I'm currently auditing and updating alt text across my website (completion goal: March 2026) and building a more robust financial access model for people experiencing economic hardship (goal: May 2026).

If you notice barriers in accessing my work, please tell me. I can't promise I'll get everything right, but I commit to listening and doing better.
