Before the month ends… do this

Back to the archive

The last week of the month can feel like a weird mix: half “how is it already over??” and half “let me cram everything I didn’t get to into the next three days.”

Instead of scrambling, try this quick ADHD-friendly reset:

👉 Pick ONE win + ONE priority.

  1. One win: Write down something you accomplished this month, big or small. (Cleaning out your inbox counts.) This helps your brain see that progress did happen.

  2. One priority: Choose one focus for the next week. Just one. Not ten. That way, you close the month with intention instead of chaos.

This simple reflection takes 10 minutes, and it shifts your energy from “rushed and behind” → “grounded and clear.”

Reply and tell me your one win from this month. I'll celebrate with you. 🎉

Talk soon,

Em
